Quayside Care – CIW Inspection Summary (May 2025)

Quayside Care Limited received Excellent ratings for Well‑being and Care & Support, and a Good rating for Leadership & Management. Inspectors found that people experience highly person‑centred, compassionate care delivered by familiar, skilled staff who know them well. People and families consistently praised the kindness, reliability and professionalism of the team, describing care workers as “brilliant”, “angels”, and making a meaningful difference to daily life.

Care plans were found to be accurate, detailed and regularly reviewed, enabling staff to respond quickly to changes in people’s needs. Strong relationships, effective communication and proactive partnership working with health and social care professionals were highlighted as key strengths.

Leadership was described as supportive, visible and well‑organised, with good governance systems and a positive team culture. Staff reported feeling valued, well‑trained and supported through both practical and formal supervision. CIW identified no areas for improvement and issued no priority action notices.
